Overview

Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1287, by Glepí Härtedrayd. The establishment of Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez's construction back out of the project. Glepí Härtedrayd pushed on reguardles, and Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt cobblestone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The town's millitarily questionable fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.

A look around Ȳ̈hrn Häld Ckez makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.

Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
